Viva America-

by on 05/07/2013

I have to admit the world is lucky to have US or what i would rather call America. Europeans advanced as they might have been since the second half of the eighteens century, could not come by themselves with nothing close to America. When the French  made revolution, pretty soon Robespierre and then Bonaparte came out of it. The British needed the American example to create a real democratic system of government.

Then you had the European Great War, that was the result of illegitimate regimes in all the countries east of the Rhine, that tried to create legitimacy with a war that did not make any sens and couldn’t be justified. They also couldn’t stop it without the Americans. The European performance for the next 80 years was even worse. Economically dependent on America they followed the American crisis, but their solution was not Roosevelt but Hitler. After WWII half of Europe with American help created finally a normal governance. The other half of Europe had to suffer additional 50 years under the wight of its history, until finally this political-economic misconception collapsed by itself.
So after a century of all this crazy European misconceptions what we have here? Finally the American conquered Europe with its pop culture and soap operas. As to the old and tried Europeans, they intensively practice the last swan song of their amazing cultural achievement, before giving up the keys to their southern neighbors.
